• Payment-related information, only if paid features are introduced later;
• Support and verification records, where necessary.

2. The sensitive nature of what you share

Blak, Minit, and Nexus are built for honest, emotionally real moments. Please avoid sharing highly confidential financial, medical, legal, or biometric details unless a feature expressly supports it and it is necessary.

3. How we use data

We use data to:

• Provide and operate the services;
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure;
• Generate AI responses (Blak, Persona) and connect you with real people (Minit) and rooms (Nexus);
• Personalize your experience — so it becomes more yours over time, never to sell you;
• Maintain safety, moderation, and abuse prevention;
• Improve quality, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

4. Your control over memory

Persona only carries forward what you allow. You decide what it remembers and what it never repeats, and you can review, change, or delete that memory. Nexus is anonymous by default — you choose when, and whether, to be known.

5. Legal basis

Where required, we rely on your consent, your instructions, contractual necessity, compliance obligations, and other lawful bases recognised under applicable Indian law.

6. Children and age threshold

The services are intended for users 13 years and above. Where a user is below the age of majority, parental or guardian involvement may be required by law. We do not knowingly allow the unlawful collection of children’s data.

7. Sharing of data

We may share data with:

• Cloud and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf;
• Analytics, hosting, communication, payment, or security partners;
• Legal or regulatory authorities when genuinely required;
• Advisors in connection with compliance or disputes;
• An acquirer or successor in a merger, restructuring, or business transfer.

We do not sell your personal data. This is a commitment, not a placeholder.

8. Retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the services and to meet safety, dispute-handling, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations — and no longer, unless the law requires it. You can request deletion at any time.
