- Generate AI responses through Blak and connect you with real people through Minit and Nexus;

4. Your control over memory
You choose the context you share with Blak and the details you ask it to remember. Where memory controls are available, you can review, change, or delete that context. Nexus provides identity and anonymity choices where supported.

Where required, we rely on your consent, your instructions, contractual necessity, compliance obligations, and other lawful bases recognised under applicable Indian law.
6. Children and age threshold
The services are intended for adults 18 years and above. Blaksyd is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, a person under 18 is a child; we therefore restrict access to adults. If we learn we have collected a child’s data, we delete it. To use the services we ask for your date of birth to confirm you are 18 or older.
8. Retention
We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the services and to meet safety, dispute-handling, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations — and no longer, unless the law requires it. You can request deletion at any time.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, and the site is served over HTTPS with strict security headers. No system is ever perfectly secure, and internet transmission carries inherent risk.
10. Your rights
