Minit
In-house listeners trained under Blaksyd protocols, private profile names, and two-sided safety. Minit does not randomly pair users with strangers.
Listening
Record only with permission. Explicit recipient choices keep recording context private until you choose to share it.
Not therapy. Not emergency care.
Minit listeners do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide clinical treatment. In urgent or life-threatening situations, users should contact local emergency services or qualified crisis resources.

Report unsafe Blak or Persona responses from the message, or report a Minit session through its safety controls. You can also contact connect@blaksyd.com. This mailbox is monitored for safety and privacy requests, and the CEO oversees safety reports. It is not an emergency response service.
Our safety-report retention policy is 90 days after account deletion. We retain reports longer only for an active investigation or a legal requirement. See our Privacy Policy for more about retention.
Is Blaksyd a therapy app?
No. Blaksyd is not a therapy app. Minit listeners provide human conversation and support, but they do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace licensed mental health care.
