Minit is a trained-listener service. It is not random stranger matching, therapy, medical advice or an emergency service. Blaksyd training is not external clinical certification.
Availability you can act on
Confirmed listener staffing is 9 AM–9 PM IST (03:30–15:30 UTC). Live capacity and your chosen mode determine whether a listener can accept a request. Staffing hours do not guarantee an immediate connection.
Stay in control
Cancel while waiting, decline a call, or end a session. Moving from chat to call depends on listener capacity and both participants’ actions. You decide whether to share a brief with the listener.
On a browser
Keep the page open during a session. Microphone access is requested for audio, and background or locked-device ringing is not guaranteed. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis line.
