Request a conversation
Choose text or voice and check the live capacity shown in the app. Staffing is confirmed for 9 AM–9 PM IST. If nobody is available, the app explains the available next steps. You can cancel a pending request; an expired or declined request is not an active session.
Move between chat and call
During a session, either person can request a call. The other person must accept. Declining a call leaves text available while the session remains active. After the session ends, follow the review and return controls.
Keep context your choice
Choose whether to share a reviewed brief from Blak. Your full private AI conversation is not automatically given to the listener. Use the in-session safety controls or contact support when needed.
On the web, keep the page open and the device awake. Browsers cannot guarantee background or locked-device ringing.
