Availability you can see
Confirmed staffing is 9 AM–9 PM IST. The app shows current capacity for the mode you choose. A request is not a confirmed conversation until a listener accepts it. You can cancel a pending request.
Choose what to share
Your listener receives messages and audio needed for your session. A brief from Blak is shared only after you choose to share it. You can connect without a brief. Avoid details you do not want the listener to know.
