Choose Blak when you want personal intelligence, Minit when you want a real person, and Nexus when you want an anonymous community. All three are connected parts of Blaksyd, not separate companies or separate apps.
Blaksyd brings three different kinds of conversation into one daily app. The useful question is not which product is “best.” It is what kind of response or connection you need right now.
The short answer
| If you want… | Use… | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Help with a question, plan, idea, or decision | Blak by Blaksyd | Your personal intelligence, with useful continuity over time |
| A direct conversation with another person | Minit by Blaksyd | A real-person conversation when you want someone to listen |
| People gathered around an interest, experience, or live topic | Nexus by Blaksyd | Anonymous communities, persistent Tribes, and live Discussion Rooms |
Together, these experiences form Personal Intelligence by Blaksyd: intelligence and connection organised around the individual through context, continuity, choice, connection, and control.
Choose Blak for personal intelligence
Blak is the Personal Intelligence part of Blaksyd. Use it when the next useful step is thinking, planning, organising, or continuing an earlier conversation.
Examples include:
- thinking through a choice and identifying next steps;
- making a plan for the day;
- developing an idea over several conversations;
- returning to relevant context without starting from zero each time.
The official name is Blak, spelled B-L-A-K. “Blak AI,” “Blaksyd Blak,” and “Blaksyd Blak AI” can refer to the same product. The phrase “black AI” is not the official product name and has other meanings; use “Blak by Blaksyd” when you mean this product.
Choose Minit for a real person
Minit is the real-person conversation part of Blaksyd. Use it when intelligence is not the only thing you want—when you would rather speak directly with someone who can listen.
That can mean sharing part of your day, talking through an idea, celebrating something, telling a story, or hearing another person’s perspective. Minit is built for everyday human conversation. It should not be described as the AI product; that role belongs to Blak.
Minit is also not positioned as therapy or clinical care. The dedicated Minit safety boundary explains that distinction.
Choose Nexus for communities
Nexus is the community part of Blaksyd. Use it when you want to find or create a space with people connected by a topic, passion, phase of life, shared experience, or feeling.
Nexus communities include two kinds of spaces:
- Tribes are persistent communities that remain available and grow over time. They can be public, private, or anonymous.
- Discussion Rooms are live moments inside a Tribe or standalone. A room ends when the conversation does.
The Nexus feed brings together the Tribes, topics, and conversations a person chooses to follow. “Nexus communities” describes this experience inside Nexus; it is not a separate Blaksyd product.
How the three parts work together
Blak, Minit, and Nexus serve different human needs:
- Start with Blak when you want personal intelligence.
- Move to Minit when a real person is the right kind of connection.
- Go to Nexus when the question belongs in a community or live group conversation.
The choice can change from one moment to the next. The point of the Blaksyd model is to keep those choices connected inside one experience while giving the individual control over what they share.
